I release and hold harmless Etobicoke United FC, its officials, coaches, and volunteers from any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation. – I grant permission for Etobicoke United FC to use photographs and videos of the registered player for social media and marketing purposes. I understand that these materials may be shared publicly. – I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to provide appropriate medical insurance coverage for the registered player. – I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Etobicoke United FC, and understand that failure to comply may result in the player’s suspension or expulsion from the team.
